what are you taking meds for?
a few things, the one that is messing me up is my sleep meds. I take them before bed, I crash, but then the next day it seems I never fully wake up. Which is bad because I have to drive.
Before these meds I had tons of energy, of course I wasn't sleeping well for many reasons.
