#venom ask

Well Anon, I haven’t answered this question on this account yet, for sure xD

I consider my version of Venom just Venom, so a character who’ve already bonded with their host and become one/merged together. I am not planning to draw him showing his host at all, not even peeking out. I’m just sticking with the monster-look cuz that’s what Venom is about.

But if ya really want to hear a name I think I’d go with Eddie, cuz my Venom design is the closest to the original look imo and I only know him with that host from the cartoons and games I’ve watched and played back in the day. Not to confused him with the movie version Eddie, just sayin. Especially cuz I’ve been making arts with em since 2016, so way before the movie came out (also, my SpiderGwen is not the same like the one in Spiderverse!).Altho I don’t mind if ya think the host is somebody else.

Yes, I’ve only drawn Gwen with her mask on. Not planning to draw her without a mask, cuz drawing an actual face requires more time cuz of the more details (eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows all well placed, well drawn and such).…I did draw her mask lifted up a bit tho, but that was for nsfw matters ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Well, I’ve said a couple of times or tried to figure out how it started, (but since tumblr decided my account was too lewd despite the fact it barely showed any actual nsfw organs and deleted it with all the asks&answers aswell)…. guess I’ll have to explain it again somehow xd

Basically, my fav villain is Venom since the first time I’ve seen him, since I was a kiddo. I think I’ve first seen him in that old FoxKid’s cartoon. Then freakin loved him in the Spiderman game from 2001. Had it on PC and I still can hear some of his memorable lines. I think I kinda portray my version of him from that game (at least for that kind of energy the character has there). And that game is still fucking awesome, btw. The best kind.As for SpiderGwen, I fell in love with her design the moment I’ve seen her on the net; looking tomboyish, but still sweet lady-like. also hoods are cool ha I don’t really know her, other than her looks and the really basic story of her.

I didn’t like the r34 category of Venom I’ve seen back then on the net (and still), so ya know what they say; if ya want something done right, ya gotta do it yourself. I wanted to try out drawing him and idk, I think I’ve seen him paired up with Gwen before? I’m not even sure about that anymore. But I know there’s no other barely any female character I’d like that much, so I stick with her.Since the most fun part in working on a drawing for me is colouring it, I’ve found their colours cool even as individual characters (and.. can I say they kinda match? hm..🤔)

The very first drawing with em was my 3rd nsfw piece and for my surprise, people liked it so much, after the 2nd anon ask, asking for more, I’ve started to work on a new pic and shared some wips while doing so;

The finished drawing is still my fav piece with em out of all I’ve done so far.

As time went on, I kept getting reactions, feedbacks, messages, thoughs and sharings, adorations, heart emojis, chat messages and anon asks that gave me new ideas just by reading ‘em and fueled me to make more. I’ve also seen lotsa nsfw stuff over tumblr that made me imagine em in the same situation and wanna draw em in that but that’s another thing ha
