I've read a gazillion self-help books, met with professionals, joined groups, watched TED Talks, etc, for many things I've wanted to straighten out in my life. I'm learning now that bringing the transformative work inside is what works best. Otherwise it's too tempting to try to meet someone else's standard and beat yourself up for not getting there. It's incredibly rewarding to get to know yourself from all angles of your existence so you can find the strategies and ways of monitoring progress that have the most meaning to you. ❤️❤️❤️
