Avocado Raita is a creamy and flavorful dip or side dish made with ripe avocados and yogurt. It's a perfect accompaniment to Indian meals or as a healthy dip for chips and veggies.
Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados, mashed. 1 cup plain yogurt. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder. 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder adjust to taste. Salt to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine mashed avocados and plain yogurt. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Chill the avocado raita in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro leaves before serving. Serve as a side dish or dip with your favorite snacks.
