End of an era (probably). For the past 3 years, every Tuesday night had me sat at the reserved corner table at Angie’s Kitchen and Aunty would cook 2 dishes off menu. Uncle Lee hasn’t been well and Aunty wants to spend time looking after him. Sadly potential buyers never materialised but hopefully by year’s end it will happen. Tonight, it’s all vegetarian. Sweet & sour with soy meat and Aunty’s special kangkong with vegetarian sambal. Sedapnya! Tomorrow I’m taking off for Christmas in the tropics. So I will try to settle my open tab, as Aunty has never charged for 3 years.
