i was gonna ask you the same question sldkfjasdf ok honestly i'm setting my bar at Call of Justice which was a mixed bag for me personally but as far as Pyunma, Geronimo, and Chang are concerned i thought CoJ was their best looks so far. and tbh i do prefer Geronimo's CoJ look (i don't understand the choice to give him red hair in Nemesis but at least he has long hair now? the bar is SO low.) BUT i think Nemesis Chang is the best he's literally ever looked and i adore him, and Pyunma i think is on par with CoJ (VERY handsome, 10/10). in my brain, Great Britain NEEDS to be 1968/2001 version stretchy if you know what i mean? i feel like they tried to make him look like a cool bald guy but like. he's already a bald guy who is cool, let him look like the lovable doofus he is!! Joe is fine imho, Albert is nigh impossible to mess up (Re: Cyborg aside) and so is Ivan, but sadly i think poor Francoise looks a little bland :c i can't quite put my finger on it but she just looks so lifeless compared to several of her past incarnations and she deserves better. the uniform designs overall are fine, though honestly i kiiiiiiinda miss the sexy boots from CoJ. (don't get me wrong, 2001 and 1968 versions are my favorite, but i really liked the modernization of most of the design choices in CoJ)

like we're not at Re: Cyborg levels of "what the fuck were they thinking" by far, and it's an improvement imho from CoJ (why was he blonde??) but for the love of the gods WHY are they so afraid to give him his iconic nose??? or at least AN aquiline nose?? how is he supposed to be aerodynamic without his BEAK, dammit??? but also i'm personally REALLY partial to big aquiline noses irl, i think they're extremely attractive, and aside from that i feel like giving him such a painfully generic anime boy face does a disservice to the uniqueness of the original creator's designs.

It's been almost 4 months since the finale, I think it's safe to talk about now. If you haven't seen The Ghost and Molly McGee and want to, I suggest skipping past this post because I'm going to mention some spoilers below.

Ah, I can picture that, actually. I WAS thinking of Wave being a third member of the weird off-beat team Rouge and Chasey have, so honestly you might see that later. Or not! Possibilities.

YES YES ARE YOU KIDDING i love it ahahaha. Kopaka at this point in the books is just so genuinely soft for all of them, especially Pohatu. he's a loving guy. plus right before he goes charging into danger, in a completely new situation, Pohatu just thinks "I love this job" to himself. he just has no fear and always comes at everything with this crazy positive attitude and the knowledge that the others have his back.

At the beginning of the books Kopaka used to curse the others out for going running into danger (although even then, he would follow) but now he's just like "dammit. well, gotta go get my dumbass."

Tahu left Kopaka with Pohatu and Lewa because he knows how well they meld together even though they're so different. they come up with all these clever plans and tricks and even when they get hurt or in trouble they get each other out of it again right away. they work great with the Matoran because Kopaka is the seriousness and calm presence and reassurance while Pohatu and Lewa are so friendly and cheerful and keep their spirits up (even if it does annoy Tanma a couple times lol)

Text: Kopaka Nuva, Toa of Ice, watched Pohatu go charging right into the thick of things. His other partners had shown the good sense to scatter and try to figure out the situation before acting. But not Pohatu. No, he was swooping and diving like a crazed Gukko bird.

Logically, Kopaka should have hung back until he had a better idea of the enemy's abilities. Plunging into battle with no plan was a sure way to get defeated. Cold, clear analysis dictated that Pohatu had made his choice; it was the wrong one, and no one else should be put at risk because of it.

There was only one problem. Kopaka liked Pohatu. The Toa of Stone was everything Kopaka wasn't – open, warm, friendly – so the two of them being friends was hard for most to picture. Kopaka, after all, was guarded, icy, far from trusting, and sometimes downright rude. But Pohatu had never asked or expected him to be anything else, which set the Toa of Stone apart from most.

Honestly they both are rather funny. I could imagine that OOMN hosted discord server would be basically be Super orderly. Like with a lot of rules,rankings, channels and regulations and that. A lot of mods. Helryx would be the admin obviously. Other things I can think is that Brutaka was probably banned from the server at least twice but Axonn let him in both times (Axonn was also the one who kicked him out both times).

Meanwhile, Dark Hunter discord server would be absolute chaos. TSO would most likely let Sentrakh and Ancient be mods but else no mods or rankings or whatever: just pure madness and anarchy. Probably the only rule there is to not shit talk TSO. Everyone breaks said rule and gets kicked out constantly. The vent channel is active 24/7 with someone ranting. The voice chat is also active 24/7 Some members probably made a second server solely so they can shittalk TSO without him noticing them shittalking. The Pirakas tried to hijack the server once but got all permabanned as result
