Tomorrow is #VCNY
Yep, that's right - tomorrow morning -M- fans will be getting ready to gather in Central Park for the 1 day festival we've been waiting for. I just got into New York yesterday (as did a couple of friends from Minnesota), but some of my friends have been here enjoying themselves for nearly a week! That makes me feel 99.9% happy that they're having fun, and 0.1% jealous that I wasn't there to join in the adventures. So I have my Unlimited 7 Day Metro Pass, now I just have to get out and use it! I'm considering going to see Coney Island or stopping past Central Park to see how they've transformed Rumsey Field (and see the fall colors and pay my respects at the Image monument to John Lennon as well). Recap of day 1: I arrived, got my Metro Pass, got to my hotel at about 3:30pm, settled in, had dinner at a cool little Italian restaurant (Joe G's - their fresh Mushroom Ravioli in Alfredo sauce is AMAZING!), then showered and crashed for the night. Day two, here I come.
