so the general exports to csv that i manage to get from excel vba produce a file that has the commas, but not the column alignment the wincc export csv file has and thus do not import into wincc however. if i save it just as .csv without encoding instructions, open it, manually change the encoding to .txt, save, and then manually remove the .txt ending, it works
