💜 #vatarotfebruary Day 29 - Leap Year Day Jump Card Reading 🐸 A Jump Card or Jumper Cards can fall out of the deck during a shuffle before a reading begins. The card reader can choose to set these aside and read them, or place them back into the deck and continue shuffling. 🙈 For me personally, if I am shuffling a deck and the card collisions are harsh or cause cards to jump out of the deck, I know that my energy is not centered and focused. Sometimes balanced shuffling takes awhile, and when energy is more settled, the shuffling has a good rhythmic flow. If a card jumps at that point, I am likely to add it to the reading. 🦄 Today I used an animal deck with hopes I would see an animal that primarily jumps. Three cards fell and there was a bunny in the mix! 🤓 The three that jumped were picked up in this order: 4 of Swords, The Moon & The Devil. 🔮 Together they are ingredients that help create a recipe for Temperance. 🌈 With this, the short version of The Reiki Principals come to mind. 🙌 Just for today, have no worries. I had intentionally pulled the Page of Cups yesterday, and today it arrived upright as the result from a random draw. The LWB does not list a divinatory meaning for this card in reverse so I checked a LWB from a similar type of Tarot deck whose cards were originally created in Europe around the same time between 1860 and 1880. 📖 Inclination. In the card itself (on the day of the prompt anyway) this page rang the bells of potential emotional resolve. 💜 #vatarotfebruary Day 25 - It's...Complicated 🔮 The #losttarotofnostradamus uses the Seven Classical Planets for its astrology. The Majors and Suits are aligned with ancient alchemical process, so for example, the Trumps are the metal Gold. Pentacles are called Spheres and represent the metal Lead, and also Alchemists and Scientists. The other suits are named Stars, Suns and Moons for Swords, Wands and Cups and are assigned their metals (Mercury, Copper and Silver respectively.) All 16 court cards have individually different names and are not identified as Page, Knight, Queen or King. There are many more layers to it. Too much to be able to include here, but I think the deck is beautifully complicated with esoteric construction, and the reversals read very well. 💜 #vatarotfebruary Day 24 - Wild, Extra or a Happy Squirrel 🐿 I have two Happy Squirrels for sure and I cannot recall which other deck of mine has one but I know there is at least one more somewhere. A few other decks of mine have an extra card named "Consultant" or some other extra card that can be included in the reading or not. I actually do like the carte blanche option when it is included. And I do wish that publishers would make just one more of their ad cards pretty enough to use as a good looking bookmark to go into the guidebooks. 💜 #vatarotfebruary Day 22 - Progress Checkpoint / Full Moon 🌝 My Significator is the Queen of Swords. The reading today says that I am on track and positioned to get more done. 🎯 Personally, I do not want to turn my life into a game of Jenga, so at the moment I am evaluating how much more, if anything, I want to be taking on. That said, my schedule is looking a bit booked to host a March challenge. Many of us have continued for anywhere from 2-4 months. Isn't that fantastic?
