Konkursa nolikuma izstrādātā redakcija paredz, ka mājsaimniecībām būs iespējams saņemt atbalstu esošu dabasgāzes apkures katlu nomaiņai pret jaunām siltumenerģijas ražošanas iekārtām: koksnes biomasas katlu, kas piemērots granulu kurināmajam, ar kopējo uzstādīto jaudu līdz 50 kW (ieskaitot) iegādei; saules kolektoru sistēmu ar akumulācijas tvertnes tilpumu līdz 400 l (ieskaitot) iegādei; siltumsūkņu (gaiss, ūdens, zeme) ar kopējo uzstādīto jaudu līdz 50 kW (ieskaitot) iegādei. Vienlaikus ir paredzēts atbalsts jaunu elektroenerģijas ražošanas iekārtu iegādei: saules paneļu ar kopējo uzstādīto jaudu līdz 11,1 kW (ieskaitot) ar un bez pieslēguma kopējam elektroapgādes tīklam un vēja ģeneratoru ar kopējo uzstādīto jaudu līdz 11,1 kW (ieskaitot) ar un bez pieslēguma kopējam elektroapgādes tīklam.
( The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development has developed a draft support program for the use of renewable energy resources in households: Ministry has prepared a support project for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in households, which was sent to the ministries involved for approval.(..)
The terms of the tender regulations stipulates that households will be able to receive support for the replacement of existing natural gas boilers with new heat production equipment: for the purchase of wood biomass boilers suitable for pellet fuel with a total installed capacity of up to 50 kW (inclusive); for the purchase of a solar collector system with an accumulation tank capacity of up to 400 l (inclusive); for the purchase of heat pumps (air, water, ground) with a total installed capacity of up to 50 kW (inclusive). At the same time, support is provided for the purchase of new electricity generation equipment: solar panels with a total installed capacity of up to 11.1 kW (inclusive) with and without connection to the total electricity supply network and a wind generator with a total installed capacity of up to 11.1 kW (inclusive) with and without connection common electricity supply network.
Subsīdijas elektroauto un lādējamajiem hibrīdiem būs iedzīvotājiem pieejama 2022. gada sākumā. Tās nosacījumus un prasības valdība apstiprinās rudenī.
