I though about a hc that Vanitas founds Sora's heart before Ventus and offers to show a lot of worlds and protection If Sora gives his heart to him, while I listened "Put Yourself in my Hands" by The Adicts.

Normally my ships are purely monogamous, but this scenario wouldn’t leave me alone.

VenSo/VanSo - Ventus and Sora are in a relationship, but Vanitas pops up every now and then, (Being the darkside of Ventus and all that jazz) taking the whole “What’s yours is mine” thing seriously by pretty much flirting with Sora or getting too close to him for Ven’s liking.

Poor Sora is freaked out and uncomfortable at first and doesn’t let Van too close. However, being the big-hearted person he is, Sora won’t shun him either. Afterall, he’s a part of Ventus, and he’d make a point that he accepts any part of Ven, no matter how dark it is.

Ven is, of course, pissed and refuses to let Vanitas near Sora. Easier said than done, considering that Van is always in the shadows as he said. And he does the unexpected, such as protecting Sora from a heartless confrontation gone bad.

Later Ven will have a private talk with Van asking why he did what he did. Van just shrugs all: “’Gotta make sure our boy is taken cared of, right?” To which Ven growls out in reply: “He’s not Yours, Vanitas. He’s only Mine!” Ven is visibly taken back by his own outburst, something that Van just laughs at and before vanishing he smirks mockingly all: “Can’t argue with that.” Leaving Ven alone to ponder those words.
