Do you have a vanity? I never bothered with one until 2016. Always did hair and makeup in the bathroom.
But your bathroom is a bad place to keep your makeup. Too humid. And standing up is not all that relaxing.
I love my vanity. It is my mom’s old desk from her High School bedroom upon which she did her homework. It is not in great shape, it deserves a loving refurbishment. All 13 layers of paint are peeling off and none of the knobs match. But I love it with all my heart and it makes getting ready a joy. And if a million dollars rained down on me from heaven I could not find a vanity which with I would replace it.
And I know two other ladies my own age whose moms had this desk as well. So I’m betting it was mass produced. Anybody out there got one?
