Wellbeing poem
Tis the season to be jolly,
That's what they all say.
Decorate the house with holly,
Ready for the big day.
But not everybody is the same,
As behind closed doors, things aren't good.
To ignore that is a shame,
Can they be understood?
For you see, some may have had a loss,
Or maybe worrying for a loved one.
They might have had a fight with their boss,
And they are not having any fun.
So when you wish somebody a happy holiday,
Do remember to actually check in.
Because this might just be the day
That a 'how are you' could be just the thing.
