Hello, it’s Qsmp Tubswag superhero AU anon, Super Anon.
I’ve recently decided how the regime would likely start, quite similar to the same way it did in the actual qsmp.
I imagine Tubbo as a retired Villain would likely have always had the idea that when retires he’ll open a cafe. In the qsmp, the reason Haiper joined the regime is because he was teamed up (or whatever it was they needed to be in two’s for at the start of the server) with Tubbo, and he was always going to join the regime, Haiper just went along with that. I believe that a few day or maybe weeks before he was going to retire he met Haiper, and they both kind of close, they never mentioned it to each other, they weren’t officially friends, but they weren’t strangers having idle chat. I think when Tubbo retires he would ask Haiper if he wants to work at his cafe when he’s not being villainous, and Haiper would go along with it, just like he went along with joking the regime.
Over time the cafe would become more known and more people would visit, villains would visit, some fed workers (pepino and tomate probably) would visit, and Ashswag would visit, eventually Haiper and Ash would sort of just start planning things against the Feds together and Tubbo would interrupt when he thought something wouldn’t work.
They would all become closer until they were just a trio, people knew them at the three of them and not as Ashswag, Haiper and Tubbo, that’s when Ash would start calling them The Regime and the team would form. (and obviously Katie and Don show up at some point, probably cause the KFC and Zabka are across the road from the cafe or smth and during a stupid fight between the a cafe window broke and Katie paid for it, Don was just there cause he wanted to watch his sister get scolded by a stranger).
