#van rides

Today was a good day.

...they told me my ride would be here at 2:15 but it was running late.  Another woman has a 2:30 scheduled pickup.  They get here at 2:25 and I run over to them only for them to tell me they're looking for her, and not me, and no they won't take me on the same ride, even though the last ride they took five of us at once.  Because that would make too much sense or some shit.  So I'm sitting here outside, really pissed off, sick to death of waiting, I just want to be home, because everything hurts and I'm tired and I hate this.  It's all ever since the main cab company went out of business now everything is haywire.  And if I miss a ride I get penalized.  Because that's how SSTA does things.  I almost missed one this morning because they were fucking half an hour early and I had to run out without my oxygen or anything, because when they come, you have to board in five minutes no matter how far they are from the actual pickup time.  I hate paratransit.

If five people get into a fifteen passenger van, four of them are male and one is a woman😉, how many times can one of the males fart until the woman slaps all of them thirty different ways?

Also on the ride home, I was riding the line between "You're my friend and our legs are touching, this is normal" and "Zomygod, our legs are touching this is so nice and makes me happy". If you were wondering, the second expression was much more pleasant.
