Valkyries win, & their new mascot is born!

On Monday night the golden state Valkyries beat the Connecticut sun 74-57.

But that’s just the beginning of the story.

Halftime was the biggest show.

Violet was born. Right there in front of thousands of fans.

That’s right! The golden state Valkyries have a new mascot for the first time ever.

Violet had so much fun on her birthday at the Chase center. And she’s a dancer too.

Fans across the league believe there’s a competition brewing between Ellie (NY Liberty mascot) and Violet since she’s been introduced to the world :-)
