oh no,, i didn't want to send this ask. i wanted to look away, truly. but somebody recommended acotar and i can't just let this pass.
i don't mean to start drama or anything and everybody has their own tastes but acotar is very problematic (the author is too but it has nothing to do with the book)

i think. a lot of fantasy novels get away with a lot of stuff like this is what i've been noticing reading other series? and i'm not even sure why, but some of the themes are very common in novels i've read so far. it's definitely good to be aware, so thank you for sharing with me
