I just read the first to parts of your story and I am so excited to see where this goes!
I loved the dream sequences and the way you portray Dark Link/ the Shadow. The creature makes me think if the Imprisoned for Skyward sword a little bit!
I'm really curious to see if the other Links are having similar dreams/ thoughts or if it's just Legend. (Also poor Legend that's got to be a rough wake up.)
I really liked the use of the strange (zalgo?) text in the first chapter, too.

I'm so glad you liked it!! I really wanted to portray Dark Link to be a very menacing and evil figure in the story, though he's not the only who to watch out for.
Also yes!! The Imprisoned heavily inspired the monster that's in the water!! The black scaled body and just being so enormous that the reader can't see all of it while in the water with Dark Link.
There will be thoughts/dreams/memories for each Link! The reader had greatly impacted their lives and I want to be sure to express that.
Legend be going through it!! (´༎ຶ ͜ʖ ༎ຶ `)♡ Though he's the most sensitive when it comes to dreams in my opinion!
And thank you!! I really wanted to have a clear visual that the reader knows Link is calling their name, but not a name they remember, yet.
