dude when i watched your naked face video i related so hard !! I feel as though i have a similar skin type to you, my eyes n face are a little reddish and have darker bits. I was wondering what brands of makeup you use ? I've found it really difficult to find stuff that works for my face ! Thank you love you !
I’ve finally caved and started using make-up from Sephora (up until this last year, I only bought at drug stores because of price$, but it ran out way faster). Specifically, Urban Decay (Naked Skin). It’s a little pricey, but man oh man, is it worth it. It’s really light and smooth and does the job I need it to. I was always really anxious about asking for help to find what’s right for my skin, but once I finally did I found the perfect stuff for me! Highly suggest asking someone at a Sephora or make-up place.
Foundation: Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup (shade 0.5)
Concealer: Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer (fair/neutral)
Powder: Naked Skin Ultra Definition Powder Foundation (fair/cool)
And for under eye bags I use Maybelline (found at any drug store) Instant Age Rewind Eraser for Dark Circles (fair) and it works like a dream. :)

hi !! im going to graduate school soon and im really afraid/excited and i rly like art but im not sure which program to go into ?? i like the idea of illustation a lot but i dont know how to draw w a tablet also do you have any tips for ppl just transitioning from high school into life after high school i guess and picking a university n stuff ?? the diversity and incredibleness (im gonna make that a word aha) of you art rly inspires me a lot !! ily and thanks !!
i don’t think most art schools put a lot of focus on digital art the first year, and even so i think traditional art skills often transfer pretty easily to digital, it just takes some getting used to. so don’t worry about not being proficient with a tablet, because especially at RISD putting digital art in your application portfolio is actually pretty frowned upon (i used mostly ink, watercolor, and pastels). every art school wants life drawing in your portfolio, and some observational sketchbook work. they basically want to see that you’re passionate and you’re dedicated to improving/experimenting.
i thought the transition from high school to college would be a lot harder but in general the independence was refreshing and exciting, i think keeping in mind your long-term goals is helpful though. it’s easy to get caught up in small things in college but keeping your mind in line with your goals is important even when starting out. i assume you’re applying to schools soon, tho i don’t know where you live and whatnot –– figure out whether you want an immersive art experience or if art is a side thing, bc that makes or breaks the difference between an art school and a liberal arts/general school. i applied to a few general schools, but i’m really glad i chose risd because i would have regretted wasting my time not improving my art.
thank you btw! <3
dood !! happy birthday man hope ya hav fun
