We have off today! Time for some relaxation!  We brewed some really great coffee from One Village Coffee, and had some time to read and reflect on this life

We’ve been busy! It seems like we have not stopped since we moved east. Days like today keep us grounded in our purpose on this earth. When we don’t take time to reflect on why we do the things we do, or what we are wasting our time on, we become robots to the fullest extent of the word. Knowing how easy it is to get swept away with busyness, it is important to us to find time to be intentional with each other and the people that breathe life into us. Since moving east, I have been nannying for two really great and cute little girls as well as working part time at Evoke Solar (My sister and Brother-in-law’s company) Dan has been working for Evoke solar as well, installing systems with the crew, and doing other random work that keeps him super busy.

We are continuing to work hard to make Vaevere come to life! Aslan the van is still at the shop waiting for his heart transplant. (Talk about a major set back and an unneeded stressor!) We are super excited to announce that we’ll soon have screen printed Vaevere t-shirts for you through our friend at Press & Release Printing Co!!

We are still working on signs for the van and a custom table to serve our coffee from, as well as finalizing details about which coffee roaster we will use with Vaevere.
