Hi guys! Moderator Breadcrumbs here! I might as well introduce myself! I’ll modding, and possibly VAing as well! We did not write these comics, and the art is not ours! The Comics were written and drawn by the talented Samantha Whitten, we are just Voice Acting them! We don’t have anyone cast, but here is what we are looking for cast wise and what you’ll probably be doing when you audition and stuff;
Main Cast Members! (Those who will be voicing a lot of material *NOTE: If you know you aren’t as active as you’d like to be, then think about whether you want to get involved with the bigger characters)
Gamercat: (Male, average voice *ie not too deep*, willing to try new things with voice, can do convincible voice cracks? Also, being comfortable with meowing a lot. Because if you get this role, you’ll be doing that. ALOT.)
Glitch: ( Can be Male or Female, I’m looking for a raspy kinda Ash Ketchum but younger vibe here. )
Sweet: ( Male, Deep, Scruffy voice. Maybe a Southern accent? We’ll mess around with it.)
Pixel: ( Female, Intelligent sounding, possibly british? again, we can mess around with this a lot)
Gamer Cat’s owner: (Male, kinda just like...record you talking? I’ve got nothing really specific here that I want.)
Background Characters: (You won’t be needed as much, so you will have the flexibility to be as active/nonactive): Navi: (Since Navi already has a canon voice, from the Legend of Zelda games, listen to that for reference!) *note: This will be the most active of the Background Characters*
Cashier’s at multiple locations throughout the comic: (There is really no preference on these guys, although most are shown as male? So if you can pull off a masculine voice, you girls can audition as well *I think theres a female cashier in there...somewhere*)
Background Cats: (New category because why not!)
Nyan Cat: (Female, and very young sounding. She’s about Glitch’s age, so that should be fun? She’ll be on the higher end of your range, either way. Maybe add a “wittle twalk wike dis?” I’m not sure, please send in your audition with both types, with and with out the baby kinda voice thing?)
Grumpy Cat: (Female, lower range. Sound as dreary and grumpy as possible.)
Bread Cat: (Unisex! Goofy as hell.)
Cheeseburger Cat: (Unisex! Dumb as possible)
