JD felt his heart plummet to his boots. He’d only met Mary once or twice, but she’d seemed like a very nice woman, and perfectly matched to John Watson. “Oh, sweetheart…” he murmured, wishing he could be there for her, to give her the hug she was desperately seeking. “Oh, I’m so sorry…” he bit his lip. “What… what happened? Are you all right? Did you want me to come home? Do you need me to come home?”

“I’m not...sure.”

What Greg had told her when he’d called was that someone from Mary’s past had showed up and killed her. And somehow Sherlock was involved. 

“But she was shot....at London Aquarium. Her...her past...”

Molly sniffled then.

“Little Rosie...I can’t....she’s just a baby.”

Alice stood at the Archery range in her lane, aiming the arrow just right. If she had her way, she wouldn’t be here or at the camp. She would have gone with Malia to Philly for a couple of weeks. But her mother and new step-father sent her to camp instead. Victoria would do anything to keep Malia away from her.

“ALLISON!” Alice said as she stumbled into the house. She knew their parents weren’t home and with luck Allison was. “Oh shit.” She said as she stumbled and fell to the floor.

--Marco swallowed as he stood in front of the two large graves. How he had ended here; he had no idea. One minute he was in his room, the next he was here on some island.

Was this one of his nightmares? It had to be, because the names that were engraved in those stone memorials couldn’t be true. Yet, it didn’t stop the way his throat constricted on itself. It felt like the air was mocking him, making it hard for him to breath.

The items that were decorated on the graves made the pain swell even more in his chest. Was this his fears brought into one of his nightmares? It wouldn’t be something foreign if it was that. He had woken up covered in cold sweat too many times to count. But this, this was something else. It was so.. real.

Sky blue orbs closed as he felt a familiar presence. Any other time it would have brought a smile to the pale lips. Just not now.
