If there was someone who might be able to help him rebrand, it was a human who had experience with misunderstood vigilantes. Granted, Loki did not fall into that category. He had been a supervillain and the version of him that had visibly attempted to make up for that was no longer in the picture. What this Loki had done, only a very few people knew, and it wasn't something you simply announced to the world. There had been plenty of time sitting outside the timelines to find a person such as this. Karen fascinated him, as did her violent friends.
He made sure to show up when she was alone, dressed in a simple black suit. He wasn't fully certain if she was still a reporter in the setting he had chosen. A lawyer would be useful enough.
"Hi," he said, the moment she opened the door to him. He did not expect her to recognise him in his current outfit, but for all he knew she might have written articles about him in the past. She might turn hostile very quickly. Acting as though he were any other client, he spoke carefully. "I've come to ask for your help."
