There were times when Susan wanted to stand up and argue with the teachers, not bite her tongue and comply, and this week she had had more than she ever had in her years of schooling. She looked back at the teacher, her mouth wide open in shock, her best friends turned to her and consoled her if only a little. Ā Susan turned her head, her jaw closing and a tight lipped smile forced itās way as she looked over atĀ Peridan, the teacher going over the details of the group project and Susan wasnāt paying any heed to the rules, she would find a way to still get a good grade on the project without doing as much work with him. It was preposterous that they expected two peopleĀ vyingĀ for theĀ positionĀ of head student to work together!
After class Susan walked out of the room at a brisk pace, trailed by her friends as Susan went to work in between classes to chat and hang up more posters and gain more votes by chatting with every student.Ā
āI simply cannot believe she paired us together! Ā Peridan is such a prat.āĀ
Susan ranted as she placed tape on a poster as her friends held it in place, her angry slowly fuming as she tried to calm herself down by telling herself it was only one class, it wasnāt like they were doing a group project together in every single one, she couldnāt risk getting a low grade on this project either, it was a high percentage of their grade and she couldnāt let her grade slip below an 80 at the very least.Ā
