Organic Melons @ Uyda Orchard Mr. Uyda (Ueda in Japanese) who grows organic melon in Furano City. I have this beautiful melon so I wondered: How should I cook this melon? It is difficult for me because this melon is perfect to eat as it is. Okay, at first, I thought about making some dessert with this melon. How about this: fresh organic melon with Porto and Armagnac Sabayon Glacé. Sabayon Glacé is a kind of ice cream but more airy and a fresh melon ball covered with its coulis.
