A true student of Taekwondo will never give up, not even when faced with insurmountable odds. The most difficult goals can be achieved with indomitable spirit.

While on the mat, one should at all times seek perseverance and indomitable spirit. This means: NO WHINING! Always put all of yourself into each exercise. If you are physically unable to do something, you should simply do whatever part of the exercise that you are able to perform. Nobody will ever think less of you so long as your spirit and attitude are honorable. What you put in is what you get out. As long as you are putting in full effort, whether you have an injury, a handicap, or disability, giving your all will show your level of willingness to strive toward your goal
