Flame I immediately placed as see no evil because of his blindfold LMAO. But deeper than that it's also he won't stand for any injustices (against him or his friends) that he sees. I did nearly place him as hear no evil as well, as his whole character is very based around how other people perceive him, and therefore what he hears.

I couldn't really place between Wemmbu and Spoke who was speak and who was hear.

Spoke I ended up going with speak no evil in a sort of inverse way. Recently especially he's been lying a lot to try and cover up what he did, but even prior to s2 hes always used his words to get out of situations. "Speak no evil" as in he won't ever admit what he did - can't ever admit what he did. So maybe it's more a reminder to him that he can't tell the truth for fear of the consequences.

That left Wemmbu with hear no evil but it lines up with what I was saying about why I nearly gave it to flame too. Hear no evil as in he only wants to hear good things (in the sense of "he's the strongest", not necessarily that he's a good person lol) about himself. He needs (or, well, needed, W character growth) to hear that he's the strongest. Because he can't go back to hearing that he's weak.

And of course do no evil for parrot. As he's so caught up in trying to "save the server", to be a hero. To do good things and to help people out.

For all of them it's almost in irony too.

Flame can't stand to be seen as weak (what happened after that Wemmbu fight, losing so badly to the law and being forced into exile)

Spoke can't admit the things he's done for fear of the repercussions. Never told anyone about Rose. He's spinning himself tighter and tighter into his own web of lies with each word he speaks.

Wemmbu can't stand to be spoken to the same way Zam did to him in the empire days, can't stand hearing people call him weak.

And despite his best efforts, Parrot couldn't see (until recently, again W character growth) that despite his intentions, his actions were causing harm. Causing evil. He drove invisbu into a corner and caused him to lash out, hurting innocent people in the process trying to ruin the invis knight reputation. He harboured a bandit unknowingly. He put Theo through all that shit.
