A set of modern fashion boys — Just fixed my new computer and set up my new iPad! Getting back in the drawing groove!
Happy 2nd Anniversary to my webcomic, Until the Last Dog Dies (lastdogdies.com)! Thanks to everyone for your patience and continual support of my self-indulgent passion project. I’m preparing a giveaway post right now as we speak and will be posting some bonus material in a little bit.
Ch. 4 cover for Until the Last Dog Dies and the original version on the right, in color which I will probably make a print one of these days! I’m still working on a few things in the script, but I’m really excited to get more into Cage’s backstory!
Wip of the Ch 4 cover "Playing Dead" because I really liked how the inks turned out

FROM THE BEGINNING | THE UPDATE
A queer comic about werewolf dog fighting in the 1920s.

Make sure to click through for all three pages!
That takes us to the end of Ch. 3! I hope you all enjoy that cliffhanger! Thanks for your patience with those page uploads. I am going to be taking an official hiatus now to work on a couple of things. I'm going to finish up the script and thumbs for Ch. 4 and working on some personal art in the meantime! The second anniversary of Until the Last Dog Dies falls on September 16, so I'm going to be preparing a give away for the limited edition copy of Ch. 1 (numbered with a sketch inside) as well as a copy of Ch. 2, plus an original page from the series. I will also scrounge up some old concept art for the characters. If you have any questions to throw my way about the world or the characters, please let me know for the anniversary so I can do some illos to go along with it!
Art from early on in the process of making Until the Last Dog Dies approximately 2011-ish to 2013. A lot of things have changed since then, visually and plotwise, but the heart of the comic remains the same! I was drawing short comics around this time to try to get my comic skills up, while trying to figure out how to draw the characters consistently and really learn their different designs and what I wanted!
Random Facts:
1. In one rendition of the story, Cage was the one who was mute due to a fighting injury, Redd was his second in command when the pack was bigger (five people instead of three).
2. Dmitri used to have long hair, Cage short hair, I ended up flipping the two.
3. Emelius used to be shorter than Cage (5′3″) but now he’s the tallest in the cast at approximately 6′1″.
4. Cage used to be named Card, Puck used to be named Armor.
5. The story used to just be called “Dogs” and after that “Falsely Yours” before I settled on “Until the Last Dog Dies” due to being able to create a nice logo for the comic with that title.
6. The biggest change I’ve made in the story is the end game relationship, yet everything else has stayed the same. Ch. 4 starts to get into it ;)
Some concept art for the flashback in Ch. 4 of Until the Last Dog Dies. Trying to figure out how to handle the flashback has been difficult, but I think I finally nailed it down. Enjoy this tidbit out of context for now!
