#useless posting

little nerd tip for writers that'll probably be useful to literally no one and is likely super obvious but I wanna post about it: when writing a scene where a character is unwillingly doing something, 'hesitant' is the turmoil of someone's brain forcing their body to do something; 'reluctant' is someone's body going against and forcing their brain to do something thank you for coming to my ted talk

SU the movie is so very special to me. its held a special place in my heart since it’s release, but i just rewatched it and i have a newfound love for it because of how well it reflects my own current situation. steven universe as a series has always managed to almost directly mirror my own issues ive had in life, and it feels like media that was made specifically for me, its really comforting. its so nice to see steven, a character who i feel is SO much like me go through something SO similar to what im dealing with. i know this is very Vague but i dont really know how to put this into words and im not ready to go deeper into the issues themselves so im being vague and thats okay. this series brings me a lot of happiness and comfort and i just really needed to express that somewhere, so i put it here.

ive wanted so so badly to be a 6am gym type of girl but im just so wired to be an 8:30 pm gym girl and yes it interrupts the entire flow of my evening but its 8:30 or never. fuck
