USAdefaultism has always got me curious because... genuinely how do they think like that?
I was always told that on the internet you could meet people from all around the world. I've known USAmericans online sure but also plenty of Europeans from different parts of Europe and many others beyond whom I never talk to but do see around and find out they live somewhere where English isn't even the native language.
I couldn't imagine assuming all English speakers are from the UK or that their country works exactly like mine when there're different laws and culture in the countries that make up the UK even let alone an internet accessible by millions
Maybe it's literally just me though maybe I'm too harsh on the USAmericans I dunno I'm sure other ppl do it too right?
