never really quite explained this well to .. anyone ive told about this project, but the ‘high risk district’ within the facility doesn’t refer to behavioral risk — but capability risk. a standard agent uniform is marked with a risk assessment number that scales the power and potential of each subject’s ability. any subject who doesn’t yet belong to a public-facing squadron and ranks 3 or above in risk assessment is considered ‘high risk’.
security and monitoring will vary from minimum to maximum depending on demonstrated behavior or prior criminal record. across the board, however, daily check-ins, medication administration, and physical condition are logged routinely by medical and research staff. most often a preventative measure, ensuring concerning, volatile, or dangerous behavior can be caught in its infancy and addressed promptly.
