OH GEEZ, thank god that hasn't happened to me yet! I have one time gotten almost completely trough a multi chapter fanfic before I noticed that everyone was genderbent though.
What I do get all the time is that a fic has an interesting plot and writing and BAM, out of nowhere, super girly Kira. I nope out of those so fast. And you often have to really lower your fanfic standards if you want to read Kira fanfics because damn.
(speaking of , if you have any reccomendations for a fic that has ShuuZuru as a side pairing, or just them in the background, please tell me, it doesn't matter what the main pairing is, I'm desperate D:)
