For the past two days I have had the opportunity to sit with, talk with and most importantly listen to some fantastic female visionary leaders. When we are bogged down with work and life, and don't make time for finding inspiration, we get stagnant and lose what i can only describe as a gut feeling to better yourself. As I listened to the speakers at the Urban campfire event in Portland last night, I could feel the energy within me spark back up, and my mind start moving and creating. Our table was fantastic, enjoyed listening to everyones stories, and meeting Christina Rasmussen. Very excited to read her Second Firsts Book. I'm grateful for a fantastic community that supports women in business and is welcoming to the newly "searching for more" individuals like myself. Don't stay in your cave, get out and enjoy your peers & colleagues. You will be amazed at what you can use to enhance your own professional and personal life, and what resources and advise you can give to those around you.
