Omg where’d you get the suit cause that’s legit all I wanted? You put it all together so nicely though like well done

It’s actually one that’s been discontinued but it was the Black Widow one I /really/ liked and wanted (there’s quite a number of them out there, from the various films and stuff). I emailed a few places and most places had a Small (4-6) and a Large (12-14) in stock (US Sizing). I’m a Aust 10 which is supposedly an US 6 according to online stuff but I’d heard it ran small and my measurements fit the medium so I wasn’t going for a small at all. They always responded with “sorry, this item has been discontinued”

Then I found this one place and they had it in a medium and if I signed up I got 20% off and it was already on sale so it was fab. It looks like they still have all three sizes too :D it’s definitely one of the more expensive black widow ones though and for the price the accessories /should/ have been better but I kind of had fun making them all so I guess I’m not too concerned.

I bought a Black Widow costume which is the suit but I didn’t like any of the accessories that came with it because they were pretty tacky or too small for the suit size so I embarked on a mission to do those.

When I bought the thigh holsters, the leg straps that came with them were terrible (one leg was too loose, the other was too tight even when totally loosened??? and they were v uncomfortable) so I bought buckles and elastic and glued some belts that would fit around my leg better so redid those so they were comfortable and matching. The bottom belt is one I bought from ebay and then the top belt was also elastic and a buckle I glued together. I made the Widow symbol belt buckle and I did actually make Widow’s bites but they didn’t work so I ended up having to use the ones that came with the suit.
