River Thames, Hammersmith, London; 8.3.2017
Next to one of the pontoons – possibly this one – in front of the London Corinthian Sailing Club, is where the body of Hannah Tailford was found on 2 February 1964. She was murdered elsewhere, perhaps at Duke’s Meadows. At any rate, that is probably where her body was put in the Thames, and in the course of a day or so it drifted down the river to this point.
