Che you're one of the easiest people to get comfortable with on here! You're very understanding and kind and there's so much passion that goes into your characters & writing to the point where it's infectious. I love reading your threads on the dash & going through what we've written because you have such a witty way with words and I'm exceptionally weak here. I love LOVE LOVE speaking to you and writing with you SO DAMN MUCH!! The complexity of your characters will one day blow my brains out, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

i wasn't going to give it to you, but i think technically this is one thing that has some subcategories bullet pointed beneath it

i don't know that i have it in me to be goofy about this one bc it's just so kind i'm embarrassed??? 😭 i ADORE everything we craft together. i know i've said it before, but you always NAIL the voices of your muses so well it's almost frightening??? idk i think u are lying to me and u are somehow in the writers room for every one of them /: even your prose changes a little to suit each muse?? while still having that Gray Flair™️. i'm always so impressed, so blown away. i have to read your posts over a few times just to soak them in, savor the words, and picture the scene in my head. ngl it challenges me, fuels me, makes me want to ensure that my replies are just as delectable 😤

𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐔𝐂𝐊 𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐔𝐏 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄? A question that replayed in his mind over and over again, apparently, he was in some kind of trap, but the memory of how he got here escaped him, and he could hear Sloane taunting him in his mind, but he wouldn't dare ask for her help. He was and is a KING. How did a simple human get the best of him? Then again, he didn't know much about humanity; he only knew so much through the eyes of Sloane and observing her everyday routine. Otherwise, he didn't know the extent of what they were capable of. 

A heavy, and annoyed sigh escaped his lips before he finally decided to speak. ❝ You could have just asked nicely. ❞ The word nicely was hissed through his teeth as he allowed his canines to show. Even though he took a human appearance, he was particularly good at hiding features that showed he was demonic. His skin resembled someone who was recently deceased, cold with an underlying blue. His canines are longer compared to those of someone who was human. His eyes have a blue-grey color. Then there was his height and body as a whole, which was bigger and taller. He wasn't sure if there were humans who were 6'6", but he didn't care about changing it. Dagon wasn't going to make it a habit of lingering in the Mortal Realm, and he sure as Hell was going to go back where he came from after whatever this is was over with. 

Fort Umbravhal didn't have a ruler at the moment, and it was left to the second person in command, that being Sloane Blackwood herself. He had left the task to her while he resumed his search for his twin brother, Bael. However, he wasn't even sure if Bael took his demonic form or a human form like him. The most he could go off was his scent and the power he released, which was next to none. Dagon just happened to be in the right place at the wrong time. Then a thought occurred to him. 

❝ How about I make a deal with you? ❞ Dagon asked with a mischievous glint in his eye. ❝ You let me go, and I'll help you with whatever you want. ❞ Would he even be able to make a deal in this state? He needed blood. Dagon could feel his power weakening, and if this human did make a deal with him, would he even be able to fulfill it? Maybe instead of a deal, could just help. The idea of helping someone without anything in return for him made his skin crawl, but he could replay the memory of Sloane helping others just because she could, and he could see the smile she wore when she was able to complete a task. Would the same occur for him? Would he feel all warm and fuzzy inside? 

I gotta little excited and decided to post it earlier, here it is!

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐀 𝐒𝐌𝐈𝐑𝐊 𝐎𝐍 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒 as she spoke, a toss of her white hair was given so the locks could go down and behind her back. ❝ I pride myself on not being an easy woman to find. ❞ Sloane replied as she sat at the booth of 𝑳𝑰𝑶𝑵'𝑺 𝑫𝑬𝑵. How many years has she been since she was behind the bar? Too many to count. Then again, time in Fort Umbravhal, let alone the Underworld, worked differently compared to the Mortal Realm. Every so often, she'd pop up, just give Tyler Atlas a helping hand, otherwise? She took her role as 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐭 as her full-time job. In addition to being the General and having a seat on the Judgement Council, Sloane Blackwood was a very busy woman. 

There were very instances where she'd come up to visit Rosalie and her family, in addition to her other friends, but she had been acclimated to Dagon's Ice Realm. She made her peace with what she was and was still happy to keep her humanity in the process. Finding a balance between the two was a struggle, but she made it work for the most part. However, her time today was different. Sloane had heard from her soldiers that a man was looking for her specifically⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ , and that raised some interest for her. 

❝ So, what do you want? ❞ Sloane asked as she examined her nails front and back, not bothering to make eye contact with the man before her. Reaching for the wine glasses that her old co-worker Penelope had placed down, she shot the witch a wink and mouthed thank you before taking a sip, letting the flavor and taste linger. A red wine mixed with a little bit of blood became a bit of a staple for her. Demons thrived and became stronger when they drank human blood. Was it a requirement akin to a vampire? No. But it was an additional source of power, and the residents of Fort Umbravhal needed it when they traveled to the Mortal Realm. Their power was limited, but a few drops should cover her for the duration of her visit. 

❝ Hurry back. Tell the fucker you're talking to get to the point. ❞ Dagon's voice rang clear in her mind, causing her to chuckle softly as she traced the rim of the wine glass with her index finger. ❝ So impatient, what if this guy wants to make a deal? That's just another soul to your arsenal. Relax, Kermit. ❞  Sloane replied via telepathy back to Dagon, earning a growl in response. She was still content to know that her frog-related nicknames still bothered him after all these years. If he was going to invade her personal thoughts, she would respond with anything to get his Rusalkas in a twist.
