Why did I join this organization? Itās not because org-less people are group-less when it comes to class projects. Itās not because the UPLB student community is mean to the org-less and calls them barbarians. Itās not because thereās no table reserved for barbarians at the CEAT Lounge. The Black And White Background
When the University of the Philippines Engineering Studentsā Guild (UPESG) asked me the organization photoshoot in 2016 I decided to use a black backgroundā¦
Why the black background? Well, itās the great equalizer. I just wanted people to look at these members without any biases. The president is no more important than the newest member when theyāre in front of a black background. Everybody gets the same attention in this background. Every member is essential.
