I have an update on Texting Eddie... I know I said part 12 was going to rip y'all apart BUT after careful consideration and consulting my second brains (Lexy and Becca) I have decided to hold off on it. The part I originally planned will be included at some point but not for a little while longer.
With that being said I am now having to rethink my whole game plan which means part 12 may take a little longer to come together. In all honesty I have NO idea where to go next so until something strikes I am but stuck.

Just a note that I have not abandoned Applied Theory, I just can't muster the requisite chaos needed to write for it at the moment.
I had gotten halfway through a chapter the other day and then the power went out and I lost all the progress I made on it and I wanted to curl up into a ball and cry, which is... not the right mood. So... Just wanted to say I am trying. It'll come back eventually. It's not even going to be super long, probably only a couple chapters left. But still. Trying not to burn myself out just to make a self-imposed deadline.

Content Warning: This has definitely become a bittersweet chapter for me. I was so excited this week and last for May 19 to come so I could post the chapter, because we're finally getting into the meat of the story, but at the same time it's become a burden because it draws a direct line to terror attacks around the world. Especially after the Santa Fe HS shooting yesterday, it serves as a grim reminder of how and why this story popped into my head in the first place. With this chapter and the ones after, be mindful; this is just the beginning of what Ashley and team will have to face.
**I also LOVE the mood board I made for this. There's so much symbolism to it; I'm absolutely obsessed. 😅
