I get stressed and frustrated at myself when I can’t accomplish a simple task due to burnout because I feel as if I’m inadequate for my career - because I’m not able to meet their demands.
Being real honest with myself, even if the truth hurts - I don’t think that I’m able to handle the demands of college. Getting my degree will probably take me more years and I don’t want it to be that way but I’m not dropping out either.
But, at the same time, being honest with myself, I don’t know if I’m capable of managing myself well in a full time job. I don’t feel physically able to handle that many hours of work without suffering from burnout which would led me to depression, anxiety and many more things.
