So my friend got me a plushie of the little black cat Jiji from Kiki's Delivery Service and I just told her I would take it to the con with me tomorrow because I'd miss my own kitten so I told her "I'm taking Jiji with me" and for some reason she thought I meant "jiji" as in the Japanese word for "grandpa" and she said "You're not taking my grandpa anywhere" omfg

When unreasoning and I went to the shore today, we attempted ocean-bending, but it needs some work. We also had a rule that every time a wave knocked us over we had to shout "HONOOOORR" as we went down. Either that, or shriek "Kya!" like a pansy schoolgirl.
