Little shifts I've made lately to "unplug" a little :)
Deleted apps from my phone that were not necessary...even the ones that meant I have to make uncomfortable phone calls instead of clicking a few buttons 😣 (ex.: keep communication apps, camera, music, necessary apps for medical appointments or communication)
Took a bit of time to draw out a (rough) calendar for myself so I don't need to check my phone for any schedule differences
Ensured that I had proper login information and could log into my important accounts (bank, insurance, email, etc) from my laptop rather than my phone
Went through all my open browser tabs on my phone and got rid of any unnecessary ones. Most of the remaining ones are recipes I am hoping to write down soon, after which I will be able to delete my browser.
Upcoming Steps: store photos from my phone onto flashdrives labeled with date ranges for easier access, transfer playlists into compilations of mp3 files to be stored on another drive so that I can cancel my subscription to my current music platform

Be sure to remember that partaking in one or more of these lifestyles does not or can not always match the aesthetic it's associated with. Be well and know that you are loved!
