Hello doctor!
I have come forth with a rather... peculiar problem.
You see... I happened to have what think best can be described as a "third base type ecounter" with an alien life form. And I'm afraid it might have left something behind in me.
It feels so... wiggly and heavy.
Would you be so kind to take a look to figure out what it is and if possible get rid of it.

Oh my! You seem to have gotten yourself into quite the predicament! I hope your third base encounter was worth it as you will have a long couple of months (or who knows how long!) ahead of you. I would be obliged to take a look, I’m quite interested in fact. We will start with a pelvic ultrasound as we would for any pregnancy and see what we can find out from that image. How long ago was your unique encounter? It’s important to have your dates straightened out so we can track the growth and development of whatever organism is calling your body home. Wiggly and heavy is a good start in description. Have you noticed your abdomen distending at all yet?
Unfortunately with the organism growing inside you being a mystery I cannot safely recomend termination. We don’t know first off what termination methods would prove effective and there could be unexpected consequences such as toxins being released from the creature upon termination. I know this is not the answer you were hoping for but I would recommend due to the unique nature of your situation, staying inpatient for the duration of the pregnancy so you can be closely monitored. As the gestational period is unknown I cannot give you a timeline to expect but I would be hesitant to send you home in such a state. We have no idea how this pregnancy will affect your body and mind so it really is the safest option to stay where you, and the creature growing inside you can be closely monitored.
Also think of the benefit to the scientific community you will bring by allowing your body to be host to such an amazing discovery! You can feel confident knowing you are furthering scientific knowledge through your sacrifice. I can assure you I will do everything in my power to keep you safe and comfortable through your pregnancy and the eventual birth or removal of the organism. The decision of whether you will birth naturally under medical assistance or through cesarean section will be made as we draw closer to your still unknown due date.
Now, are you ready to take a look at whatever is growing inside you? Just change into the gown and lie back on the table. I’ll be back with the ultrasound machine shortly.
