Throughout my entire life I've been utilizing made up words to express myself whether that be through art, music or just chatting with my siblings. A few years ago I began the life long process of developing my own language called Luociengwa. I feature it sometimes on my social media so you've probably heard some of it already! Sometimes when I'm sleepy and listen to recordings of me singing in Luociengwa, I realize that I can understand what the words mean. I think the ultimate goal of this language is to be a sonic library that combines essences of all the languages in the world, creating a unified world language that is based on the origin of what language is; desire, expression, intuition, community etc. So far, Luociengwa has sounded most like the languages I've naturally resonated with most. As time passes however, it has become increasingly more unique. I love this process of development because it turns Luociengwa into an archive of my own personal development and maturity as a human being. I don't think this language will be complete until I am an old man.
