It was actually mechanically overhauled, too, in 1998. So, I don't know how it works, but I guess you can hook it up to a train? It does have to be relocated, to make it a permanent home. Someone will probably make it an Airbnb.

It has some erratic sales history. It was bought in 2003 for $995K; sold in 2005, at a loss, for $500K; in 2022, listed for a jump of a whopping $3.8M; removed from market in 2023; returned to market in 2023 reduced to $3.4; still for sale in 2024, but reduced to $2.995M.

So, the owner bought this property for $500K, and the previous owner took a loss of $495K. The current owners, after 17yrs., want to make a profit of $3.3M and is now down to $2.495M. Wow. But, it doesn't look like he's going to get it.

Anyway, this is the "tree" house, b/c it was built around a huge tree that goes right thru it, so it's actually on the ground. Here we are in the kitchen and you can already see the tree.

The kitchen is cute and has a walk-out to a deck.

The drone couldn't even photograph all of the buildings, but this shot gets most of them on the 6.69 acre property. The listing says it's "Turn Key," but there are long term tenants here.

Looking at the home first, it has a classic MCM front door, and the popular pony wall planter (but this one's stone and the largest I've seen).

The living room is quite long and has a nice stone fireplace. Interesting how it's flat against the wall and outlined with picture frame molding.

This is a classic- a curved glass block wall. Woah, a lot steep stairs, though, and I don't like how they skimped on the railing posts.

The primary bedroom is pretty big. Do you the love the little door that opens to a storage cubby?

Huge finished basement rec room isn't used, but it has glass block windows and a big stone fireplace. There appears to be a ceiling leak issue, though.

The patio is looking a little sad. Needs some sprucing up.

The 104.69 acre property is gigantic. Here's a little picnic area by a pond.

You've got your own swamp, in case you want to have an alligator farm/petting zoo (the land is zoned for multi-use).

Your own country lanes to stroll or ride a horse.

The airstrip has potential for a drag racing strip. (The realty ad proposes other uses for the land like horses, a vintage auto dealership, but I'm proposing some cooler options.)

Look at this deteriorated setup. They really let this property go to pot. There's an idea- this could be a pot growing dispensary. Plenty parking, too.

It would cost a ton of money to repave all of this.

It's a lot of money, for a lot of land, that needs a lot of work.

Can you imagine owning and operating this place? I guess this is a lookout, or picnic deck? Bandstand? Could be anything.

There are a whopping 1,063 acres of land. I think that it needs many more attractions and things to do. So much land, they may as well use it.

As for the home, itself, it has been completely renovated. This is the new entrance hall.

The dining room still has the original beams and renewed fireplace.

The kitchen has been completely modernized with cement accents, sleek laminate white cabinets, and not even a hint of the Arts & Crafts style.
