I don't know who needs to hear this, but-

If you are forming a union; if your union has been voluntarily recognized, even if you haven't voted on a contract yet, you are entitled to union representation in meetings with management!

This means, if you are called in to a meeting with management or HR, you can ask for a union rep and they cannot speak with you until you get one.

It's called Weingarten Rights (pronounced "wine garden") and as soon as you invoke it, management must comply. If they do not comply, if they deny you your representation or if they try and coerce you into giving up your right, that can open the business up to legal consequences.
