The UN started terraforming the moon and when the project ended and the UN started to to colonize the Moon mostly by the commissariat of the United state, Albion, France, Germany, Japan and Canada then the lunar revolt happened when the lunar colonies demanded full independence it lasted for 4 years ending with the Treaty of Luna with the Lunar colonies would be made a commissariat of the UN. The blue background represent outer space, the white circle is the moon or Luna and the Blue circle mean the Earth or Terra.
