Okay... so blog number 2.
I have been at uni for approximately 3 and a bit weeks now and have started to settle down.
Already wrapped up 99% of my Christmas presents (no judgement please) and organised the menu for cooking on the day. Room is looking a bit of a mess but I have a plan to sort that... so why do I feel utterly exhausted?!
My head is constantly banging and I am sooo tired 24/7. Work is starting to feel like a chore and I couldn't even tell you what assignments I have due next month.
Music seems to be a nice pause and am currently reading Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier - is an amazing book but was a little hard to get into. The description added really transports you to this huge house and makes you feel how out of place the main character must have felt stepping into the shoes of another. Not finished it yet (so no spoilers!) but a massive twist just happened and I'm like... wait, what?
Also, to conclude this rather scattered blog, just a quick question to see what the opinions in the world are. Do you guys think that an author should be able to express or mention any opinion/ idea that they want to within their writing or should they need to redact certain topics?
I'll go into detail about my thoughts next time. Just thought it would be interesting to see what you all think.
Bye for now (the blogs will get more interesting when I get the hang of it, promise!)
