Susan turned slowly to face her fully, a small smile quirking her lips.  “I didn’t say you hurt me, nor that I was scared,” she pointed out simply, arms crossing over her chest, “Just that you were watching and following.  Stalking.”  The agent wasn’t concerned, really, but it was also not exactly something she wasn’t about to call out.

    “ SHIT, i dunno - i’ve done the reality thing before. it never goes well. ”

           ❛  look,   i  get  it.   your  mom  probably  gave  you  the  quitters  never  win  speech,  right  ?  ❜     she has to stifle a groan at the memory of the fight kenny had put up when she wouldn’t let him quit baseball.  but there’s a difference,  and she tries to shift her tone along with her words to something a little bit more  sympathetic.     ❛  but,  you  know  what  ?   ------sometimes  you  have  to  quit  because  it’s  unhealthy  to  keep  going.  sometimes  quitting  can  be  the  right  thing.  ❜   //  @uneverlasting     »     〈  !!  〉

        ❛  I’m sure you get a lot of auditions.  ❜  Lisa raises both brows, a bit playfully.  ❛  Or, you know. Impromptu up and comings. Wanting to make an impression.  ❜   She knows how this is. It’s not anything to complain about, really. But making conversation couldn’t hurt.

“Won’t, can’t...what’s it matter,” Susan asked simply, giving her a bland, dry look, “I just provide the information to those that do.  And for the record...it’s Marine, not soldier.”

                               “      How  did  you come to see all these things ?    And why are you  TELLING  me about them now ?     ”
