Hhhh made an Undertale oc! Struan is a water elemental and they weren't trapped underground with the rest of monsterkind. They, along with the handful of other monsters they've sworn to protect, have been hiding in the deep rain forests. They all felt the barrier break tho and a small group of them, including Struan, went to investigate and eventually meet with the King and ambassador.
Struan first wears some type of waterproof plant wrapped around them but changes into a rain coat and rain boots once they get settled with living with the rest of monsterkind and humans.
I made Struan as a spur of the moment thing so maybe I'll write a story about them or do a comic idk
