I tried making a real Undertale cafe a couple months ago, here were my concept designs
The cafe portion isn't to scale, I was gonna make this into a diorama, but I never did, that's why it has only two tables and why the room is small.
The Underground: little hang out/ cosplay corners to take photos, do activities, and play/read undertale games/ comics ect
I wanted to make this a fully immersive experience, so the staff would all be in cosplay, almost every object is something from Undertale/ would look like it's from Undertale, and in The Underground section of the cafe, Undertale/ Deltarune related events would be held there. Like, themed events, similar to a Renaissance fair or something
